Use this questionnaire to prepare your building project. I need part A for a binding fee offer and part B for the design. “I don’t know yet” is a perfectly good answer — we will then clarify the point together.

Roughly what will your house cost?

Guide values for a new build in the Nuremberg area, as of 2026, incl. 19 % VAT, excluding the plot. The exact figure comes from the cost estimate in the preliminary design.

“All in” = house (KG 300 + 400) + utility connections (KG 200) + external works (KG 500) + kitchen/fittings (KG 600) + design, structural engineering, surveys, fees (KG 700). Basement extra approx. €70,000–110,000, more with groundwater. Non-binding guide values; deviations of ±15 % are common. Estimate the design fee with the HOAI fee calculator.
