BIT-ATELIER

Quantities and tendering from the model.

Quantities from the IFC model, the bill of quantities as GAEB X83, cost calculation to DIN 276, bid comparison and billing — locally on your computer.

Quantities & tendering

From the model to the tender.

Quantities come from the IFC model, not from a pocket calculator. From them come the bill of quantities, the cost calculation and the bid comparison — in BIT-Atelier, locally on your computer.

01 · Quantities

Taken from the model

Filter-based on the principle WHAT ∩ STATUS: which elements count, and in which status. Each quantity stays linked to its elements and can be checked.

02 · GAEB

Writes X83, reads X81/82/84/86

The bill of quantities goes to bidders as GAEB DA XML X83. X81, X82, X84 and X86 as well as GAEB 90 are read — that is how existing bills and offers come in. The tendering module does not write X81.

03 · Costs

Cost calculation to DIN 276

Items are assigned to DIN 276 cost groups; the cost calculation follows that structure.

04 · Award

Offers, bid comparison, billing

Read in and check offers (X84), compare them in the bid comparison, later measurement and billing. The bill of quantities and the bid comparison can be exported as CSV or Excel.

Try it yourself

Tendering is part of the open-source version of BIT-Atelier — no account, no licence fees.
